Racism In America

The burden of racism is directly or indirectly fallen upon the Native Americans, Asians, Africans, Latin Americans, and Irish Americans. Even among the White Americans, by no means discrimination is significantly less compared to the other ethnical groups or the immigrants. Racism in America include slavery, segregation, residential schools for Native Americans, internment camp etc. Formally racism was banned in the mid-20th century but it has occurred in employment, housing, education, government and even in politics. Those who had enormously complex impact were the people who lived in the North American continent. Even today in the modern society Racist attitudes or prejudices are prevalent among some population.
